What is the meaning of life? For us it is to be able to combine work, friends and leisure time - and good times at a poolside at our house just outside Draguignan in Provence - southern France.

Our house is 192 sq meters/1850 sq feet. You will find a large living room, a kitchen large enough for making food and eating for all and 4 bedrooms and a bedroom mezzanin with a total of 10 beds. You will also find two bathrooms and a garage. Outside you will find a nice garden and a poolside area where you can spend days without even want to go inhouse. The garden covers 5020 sq meters/50000 sq feet, with flowers, bushes and a large number of olive trees. And to conclude we can invite you to our large roof terrace. From 2008 the roof terrace will have a pergula roof and a smooth relax area.

You have to see it to believe it.

Even more important than the lovely house, and we mean it, is the good life feeling of the package. This is the south of France. And you are in the heart of it, in position to visit it all. The city of Draguignan is only 5 minutes away, even if you can't hear, see or feel it. This place has it all, from the small shops and restaurants to the larger malls.

If you drive for 45 minutes you will find Nice to the east, Marseille to the west and St. Tropez to the south. The sea is 25 minutes away. The house is in the middle of the wine district and placed in the middle of the triangle of the cities of Draguignan, Flayosc and Lorgues.
